After physio SUP session .... Bit impromptu tbh but weather so nice it was rude not to.
Nice little distance paddle along coast and back, then the opposite direction and back to beach. Then a nice out to sea for 15mins and then back to beach, pack up and head home for a late tea.

Can't wait for it to get windy for a proper test of ankle but at least the SUP is building up the strength :)
